Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We are devoted to providing an exceptional experience for all of our Thrivers. It’s so important that you show up to your appointments and arrive on time. However, we understand that scheduling conflicts may occur.Â
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you need to do so within more than 24 hours notice.
- Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours will result in a $30 cancellation fee.
